JUST BE BUSHWACKA! has held many guises in his journey through electronic music. Launching his career as Matthew B in the midst of the UK acid house explosion, his identity and sound has undertaken many a metamorphosis, through Bushwacka!, The End Soundsystem and of course, Layo and Bushwacka!

Formerly known as Matthew B during the acid house explosion of the 80s in the UK, he was then one half of seminal tech house duo Layo & Bushwacka! and now his latest project is another new musical direction again as Just Be. But Matthew’s roots are in the raw underground warehouse and illegals parties that shook this country to the core. Nowadays his sound is a fine fusion of breaks, techno, house, ambient and downtempo and has held up to four residences, most famously at The End in London where he was a key player for 14 years.

Over the years he has headlined leading clubs around the world from Cocoon and DC10 and Space in Ibiza to Burning Man where he played a sunrise set at Robot Heart killer releases on top labels like Leftroom, Desolate, Kaoz Theory, Suara, Saved, Bedrock, Get Physical and Seth Troxler’s “Play It , Say It” imprint, Bushwacka! is right at the top, just where he belongs, with new music and remixes coming all the time.

We are more than happy to re-introduce a living Techno Legend to L.A. who always delivers on the Dance-floor.

LINUS.
Linus aka Slynus has been producing and dj’ing for almost 30 years. Introduced to Techno through the Mid-West Rave scene in the early 90’s, Linus took what he learned and made his solo recording career as Slynus in 1997. His records were played by every top Techno DJ in the world, including; Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills and Carl Cox. He was a founder of London’s most respected Record Shop, Vinyl Addiction and was Mixmag’s One to Watch back in 1999.

Terrakroma is the three headed groove collective created by Armando Kroma, Andrew Kroma & Gabriel Pachakroma. From the beat factory you can hear a wide range of influences coming from Andrew and Gabriel making beats in Boston 12 years ago and with the universe conspiring, to find old souls together with Armando to create Terrakroma. Terrakroma is now 10 years in the making. This crew is unique in that not only do they compose music, but they also have created a whole team of Kroma’s doing event production, international bookings, and local LA artist promotions all under the same name; Terrakroma is an enterprise of expression, bringing lovers of music and life together. TK is now reaching crowds worldwide, colaborating with major labels and artists. Essex House L.A. is a unique venue situated in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. For our PANIC event we totally transform the already incredible space into our perfect Techno Cocoon. The venue features an outdoor Courtyard with an additional Sound System, complete with couches and a Jacuzzi. The upstairs also includes two Chillout Rooms. This is not your standard rectangular Warehouse.
This is so much more.
